Ardel trading company (private joint – stock) established in 20.9.1354(11.12.1975) aimed at being the most important commercial member of the group in local and foreign affairs, selling and distributing any kind of industrial and commercial products and abo being incumbent of the sale services for the products of the group and was registered by the number of 23619 in Tehran.

The present capital of the company is two billion Rials consisting of 200,000 stocks with the price of 10,000 Rials each. The main share holder of the company is KarAfarin investment company (the investment of old Ardel industrial group) who possesses hundred percent of the stocks.

The central office of the Ardel commercial company is in the Enghelab street and the depot of the company and the technical management center, where they guide the sale services such as basic repairments workshop and the mobile groups , is located on the opposite of the Ardel appliances industries company in shadabad industrial road.
