According to the articles of association, the object clause of the company is to invest in various fields of production, commerce, finance and other dependant fields and generally do any transaction in the proportion of the shares of other companies and profit by facilities of the financial and commercial markets.
The primary capital of the company at the time of establishment was five million Rials which has reached 16200 million Rials through few processes until now.
